Meet the Editor
Samantha Acker is an accomplished, professional copy editor and proofreader with more than three decades of experience in publishing and corporate communications. She has edited 37 published books — and credited in 18 titles — and content for organizations, including CAA, Ottawa Police Service, and Industry Canada. She's also worked with clients across the U.S., Canada, Europe, the Middle East, and Australia.
Her role is to make writing clearer, not to make it hers. She works in American, British, and Canadian English and moves comfortably between style guides depending on what a project requires.
